The project involves the construction of a new school building. The building is a solid construction with flat ceilings. The technology is located on the roof of the building. There is a multi-purpose room (assembly hall/sports hall), administrative areas and classrooms. The building is heated by a heat pump and has a PV area on the roof. In terms of energy efficiency, an EG 40 EE is achieved, and KfW has applied for funding in this regard.
