New Construction of an Office High-Rise with Two Above-Ground Parking Levels
This project involves the new construction of a 12-story high-rise building with a skeleton structure. The building is designed as an EG 40 EE building according to KfW standards. PV modules are planned for the roof and the building envelope. Heating and cooling are provided by efficient reversible heat pumps. Therefore, the building can be operated as a purely electric, CO2-free facility. The main usage is as an office building. Office spaces are located between the first and the ninth floors. The 10th floor is used as a technical center. Some parking spaces are planned in an integrated underground garage on the ground floor and mezzanine. Additionally, the ground floor features a reception area, a showroom, and several rooms for general building operations. |
