Therefore, the building can be operated as a purely electric, CO2-free facility. The main usage is as an office building. Office spaces are located between the first and the ninth floors. The 10th floor is used as a technical center. Some parking spaces are planned in an integrated underground garage on the ground floor and mezzanine. Additionally, the ground floor features a reception area, a showroom, and several rooms for general building operations.
