The social area will be extended and expanded. The new building components will be developed using a hybrid construction method with both solid and timber elements. The roofs will be partially planned with extensive green roofing and photovoltaic systems.<\/p>\n<p>The existing building will be gutted and re-conceptualized in terms of space allocation in the social area along with the expansion.
