The 3-field sports hall at Friedrich-Ebert School, built in 1976, is to be completely renovated. The existing social area is connected directly to the sports hall at ground level and has a basement. The social area will be extended and expanded. The new building components will be developed using a hybrid construction method with both solid and timber elements. The roofs will be partially planned with extensive green roofing and photovoltaic systems.

The existing building will be gutted and re-conceptualized in terms of space allocation in the social area along with the expansion. The floor structure in the hall and the social area will be renewed.
