The first basement level and the ground floor feature retail spaces and a restaurant. The second basement level contains technical and storage rooms, as well as parking spaces that are accessed via a car elevator. Bicycle parking spaces are also accessed through a dedicated elevator. From the first to the fifth floor, the building houses office spaces. On the sixth floor, there are two technical centers.
